Amy Ward has had a diverse work experience in the field of music education. Amy started their career at King Edward VI Five Ways School as a Teacher of Music through the Graduate Teacher Programme in 2008. Afterward, they worked at Colston's School as a Teacher of Music from 2009 to 2010. Amy then moved to QEH Bristol, where they served as an Assistant Director of Music from 2010 to 2015. Following that, Amy joined Surbiton High School, holding various roles including Teacher of Music from 2015 to 2018, KS4 and KS5 Music Coordinator from 2018 to 2019, and finally, as an Assistant Director of Music: Academic from 2019 to 2022.
Amy Ward completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Music at the University of York from 2003 to 2006. Amy pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Music in the Community from the same university from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, Amy attended King Edwards Consortium and achieved Qualified Teacher Status in the field of Education.
