Jason Carter is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate. Currently serving as Team Lead for The Carter Group at Compass since February 2022, Jason also operates as a Real Estate Agent at Torii since July 2020. Prior to these roles, Jason founded Boston Condo Investments in 2015, guiding clients in the Greater Boston area in buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Jason's career includes positions as a Real Estate Advisor at Encore Realty, a Real Estate Financial Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle, and a Real Estate Associate at both CresaPartners and HollySime Commercial Real Estate, demonstrating expertise in lease analysis, financial consulting, and market assessments. Educationally, Jason holds an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Wake Forest University.
