Karen Skogen has extensive experience in the aviation and service industries, currently serving as a Personalkonsulent at Torghatten Nord AS since February 2020. Prior to this role, Karen was a Team Leder at Norwegian from September 2002 to February 2020, managing customer service operations in a fast-paced environment. Earlier professional experience includes working as a Trafikkassistent for Braathens at Tromsø Lufthavn from April 1994 to August 2002, where responsibilities included traffic coordination and passenger check-in. Additionally, Karen worked as a Servitør at Brankos AS, the first fine dining restaurant in Tromsø, emphasizing high service standards.
