Brianna Spencer is an accomplished professional in the commercial construction industry with a strong background in business development and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Torcon since January 2024, Brianna previously held the same title at Target Building Construction, Inc. from May 2022 to January 2024, focusing on marketplace strategy and partnership development. Brianna's extensive experience at Turner Construction Company included roles as Business Development Lead, Estimating Engineer, and Field Engineer & Superintendent from June 2017 to May 2022. Prior experience at Michael Baker International featured positions as Civil Associate II and Civil Associate I from June 2015 to June 2017.
