Therese Lenk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and executive coaching. As the Founder and Principal of Meadowlark Consulting Group, LLC since January 2000, Lenk has also served as an Executive Coach and Strategic Consultant at SparkEffect since June 2013 and Co-Owner of The Piras Group, LLC since June 2006. Previously, Lenk held leadership roles at prominent companies, including Manager of Leadership Development Programs at Yahoo! and Director of the Executive Leadership Program at 3Com. Lenk began a career in organizational development at Booz Allen Hamilton, where the role as Director encompassed USWest and Asia Pacific initiatives. Early career experience includes co-founding and leading ANI - Asian News International. Lenk holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavioral Psychology from Norwich University.
