RoJean DeChantal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nonprofit organization management and executive career coaching. Currently serving as a Partner at AchieveMission since June 2010, RoJean focuses on helping nonprofit and foundation leaders translate strategy into successful mission outcomes. In addition, RoJean has been a Senior Career Coach at Torchiana and a Pro Bono Consultant at Taproot Foundation since 2007. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Del Monte Foods and People Services Officer at Dunkin' Brands, among other senior HR positions in the hospitality industry. RoJean holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Regis University.
