Sayre Darling has an extensive work experience in various roles. Sayre is currently the Business Coach and Strategic Advisor at Sayre Darling, LLC, where they help leaders leverage change set into motion during the pandemic to capitalize on new opportunities and scale their teams and businesses for growth. Sayre also works as a Business Coach for Emerging Leaders at Torch, supporting them in navigating change and increasing their leadership capabilities. Previously, Sayre worked as a Communications and Cultural Change Agent at Evoloshen, providing coaching and consulting to clients to transform their businesses through a more resilient culture and increased employee engagement. Sayre also served as a Community Faculty Member at Metropolitan State University, providing classroom instruction for the Principles of Public Relations course. Prior to that, Sayre was the Workforce Transformation Communications Lead at Medtronic, where they led change management and change communications to support the consolidation and relocation of multiple work streams. Sayre also worked as a Strategic Communications Advisor and Adjunct Online Instructor at Bellevue University, supporting the President and College Deans in communicating and implementing cultural, structural, and technological changes. Additionally, Sayre served as the Change Management and Communications Lead at Medtronic, leading change management and change communications on multiple HR/IT technology implementations related to the Medtronic/Covidien merger. Sayre has also held roles as the Director of Public Relations at The Samueli Institute, Director of Public Relations and Internal Communications at USC University Hospital and USC/Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center and Hospital, and Director of Marketing Communications at Medica.
Sayre Darling has a diverse education history. In 2004, they attended The Hudson Institute and obtained a Coaching Certification in Executive and Business Coaching. Sayre furthered their education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they pursued a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Journalism with a focus on Broadcast. Sayre also attended the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business/Corporate Communications. Sayre later pursued a Masters in Business Communications from the same institution. Sayre also holds additional certifications, including an ICF Coaching Certification obtained in May 2005 and a Hudson Coach Certification Program from the Hudson Institute of Coaching obtained in August 2002.
