Greg Barton has a diverse work history. Greg started in 1997 at the Master Builders Association, where they worked in industrial relations, providing advice and assistance to members. Greg then became the owner and CEO of Insight Services Group in 2002, building a team of over 70 employees and establishing the company as a leading rehabilitation provider in NSW. Later, they joined Konekt Australia as the Head of Licensees and Regional Market Development, helping professionals explore the opportunity to own their own business through a Konekt license. Greg also worked as a Director at Oxley Community Enterprise from 2007 to 2019. Additionally, they served as the Community Consultation Chairperson at Invincible Colliery - Castlereagh Coal from 2012 to 2023. More recently, they worked as a Business Mentor/Coach at Torch in 2013 and is currently serving as the Senior Manager of Corporate Services at Tamworth Family Support Service since 2019. Greg Barton attended Charles Sturt University from 1995 to 1997, where they earned a degree in Industrial Relations (B.Bus (Ind Rel)). Prior to that, they studied at the same university from 1992 to 1994 and obtained a degree in Psychology (B.Soc Sc(Psych)). Earlier in their education, Greg attended Wodonga High School from 1984 to 1989, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
