Burl Kenner is a highly experienced AOC Operations C2 Software Test Engineer at Torch Technologies, Inc., where expertise in master air attack plans supports the technical testing of AOC weapon system software applications. Prior experience includes roles as a C2ISR Systems Engineer at AFCENT A2, where Burl managed classified system networks and interoperability efforts, as well as a Master Air Attack Plans Trainer at Alion Science and Technology, facilitating training for weapon system operators. Burl has also served as a Combat Planner at USAFCENT A3, supporting air combat operations in the Middle East, and as a Master Navigator with Strategic Air Command. Burl holds multiple advanced degrees in engineering management, business administration, and aeronautical science from renowned institutions, along with military education from the USAF Air Command and Staff College.
