Fred Forstner, P.E. serves as the Manager of Engineering Project Services and On-Road Test Manager at Torc Robotics since June 2020. Prior to this role, Fred held the position of Director of Global Test Operations at Hyster-Yale Group from November 2016 to June 2020. Fred holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho.
