Lee Tatton has extensive experience in estates, facilities, and maintenance management within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Estates, Facilities and Maintenance at Torbay Pharmaceuticals since March 2019, Lee previously held the position of Engineering and Estates Manager at Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust from September 2014 to March 2019. Lee's earlier career includes over 17 years at PCI Pharma Services, progressing from Facilities and Utilities Supervisor to Site Co-ordinator. Lee has acquired various professional qualifications, including a Level 5 in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute and several certifications in project management, occupational safety, and mechanical engineering.
