Dave Simmons has extensive experience in street lighting and engineering, having served as a Street Lighting and Systems Engineer at Torbay Council since December 1987. In addition to this role, Dave Simmons has contributed to the Institution of Lighting Professionals as a Street Lighting Engineer since 1987. Prior to these positions, Dave Simmons worked as an Assistant Engineer at L.B. Hillingdon from August 1979 to March 1985. Educational background includes studies at 'Sinjuns' Battersea.
