Andy Seabrook is an experienced IT professional with over 30 years in the industry, currently serving as an Analyst Programmer at Torbay Council since February 2021. In this role, Andy focuses on full-stack development, particularly rebuilding backend and frontend systems for the Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust. Previously, as IT Manager at Osiris MR from September 2018 to November 2020, Andy demonstrated a business-first approach, enhancing organizational productivity and information management. At Osiris MR Limited from April 2015 to September 2018, Andy specialized in data analysis and programming, with a strong proficiency in SQL.
