Michael Charles Jr has a diverse work experience starting with their current position as a System Engineer at Cherokee Federal since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a System Administrator at Leidos from June 2021 to October 2021. Michael also served as a Senior Desktop Support at TEKsystems from March 2019 to June 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior Help Desk Technician at General Dynamics Information Technology from November 2018 to March 2019. In September 2018 to November 2018, they worked at NIH Center for Information Technology in the Information Technology Service Desk role. Michael also worked at tiag® as a Windows 10 Deployment/Service Desk from January 2018 to September 2018. In addition to their IT roles, Michael Charles Jr has prior experience in retail, serving as a Business Operations Manager at Old Navy Clothing Retail from October 2010 to November 2017 and as a Merchandise Manager at Victoria's Secret from June 2014 to May 2015.

Michael Charles Jr attended Brightwood College from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Science. In June 2020, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Michael also has a CompTIA Security+ ce Certification, although the date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
