Paul Biello Sr. has worked for various companies in different roles throughout their career. Paul started in 1990 as an Engineering Co-op at Power General and then moved to Narragansett Electric Co in 1991 for the same role. In 1992, they worked as an Engineering Co-op at Stratus Computer. Paul then joined Interactive Process Controls in 1993 as an Application Engineer and worked there until 1995. From 1995 to 2000, they worked as a Project Engineer at Davis-Standard. Since 2001, they have been employed as a Principal Engineer at Toray Plastics America.

Paul Biello Sr. attended Northeastern University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology (BSET) degree.
