Cristian Gavrea is an experienced Automation QA Engineer at TORA since April 2012, focusing on designing test scenarios, automation test scripting with TestNG and Java, and creating and monitoring automated jobs using Jenkins for continuous integration. Additionally, Cristian serves as a Scrum Master, implementing agile and Scrum methodologies within the organization. Prior to TORA, Cristian worked as a Customer Service Manager at Transart from October 2003 to April 2012, managing the customer support team, conducting business analysis of customer requirements, overseeing on-site software installations, and maintaining network infrastructure. Cristian holds a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca and a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from "Andrei Muresanu" College.
