Corey Smith is a Senior Software Engineer at LSEG TORA, where responsibilities include leading the complete overhaul of the Transaction Cost Analysis product, managing full-stack development, and handling database management and report delivery. Prior experience includes serving as a Student Representative and Event Coordinator at James Cook University, where significant contributions were made to the development of wireless heart rate monitors and the MEOW program to enhance STEM engagement among students. Corey also worked as a Teacher and Coordinator at Smithfield State High School, delivering an IoT curriculum to middle school students. Additional roles include a Junior Engineer Intern at IoT Australasia and participation in the Huawei Seeds for the Future program in China. Corey holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Internet of Things from James Cook University, completed in 2020.
