D. Scott Evans is a Production Engineer at Topy America, Inc. since November 2021, focusing on creating and evaluating process plans for new wheel manufacturing and assessing risks through PFMEA. Prior experience includes serving as a Power Distribution Engineer at Enercon Services, Inc., where responsibilities included strengthening the power grid and designing 13kV and 23kV distribution lines. D.
