Previously, Victoria held roles at European Tour Properties as a Marketing and Events Executive and at IMG as an Account Manager and Licensing Executive, managing key licensing programs for prestigious events like The Open. Victoria's foundational experience includes significant positions in golf operations management and education, marked by a distinguished First Class Honours Degree from the University of Birmingham, making Victoria the first and only woman in the program's history to achieve this accolade.
