Jasna Mitic has extensive experience in talent management and communications, currently serving as the Director of Talent Experience at Toptal since January 2019, where previous roles included Manager of English Screening and English Screening Team Lead. Prior to Toptal, Jasna founded BOD Design, a venture that operated until November 2020, and held positions at Barclays Investment Bank as a Credit Risk Analyst in Counterparty Control and as an Audit Associate at Deloitte UK. Jasna holds a Master of Science degree in Financial Economics from City, University of London, attained in 2011.
