Armando Tejada is a highly experienced professional in project management and business development with a strong track record across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Toptal since February 2022, Armando previously held the position of Director of Business Development for LATAM at AppNavi GmbH, where responsibilities included managing relationships with Independent Software Vendors and System Integrators. Armando has extensive experience in international project management from their tenure at incadea, where duties involved overseeing project scopes and liaising with stakeholders. With earlier roles at Ultimus and Telecarrier, Armando developed and managed successful business strategies and technical solutions. Armando holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Universidad Latina de Panamá and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua.
