Cem Özen is a software engineer with experience in a variety of companies. Cem began their career as a software engineer intern at Türk Havacılık ve Uzay Sanayii in 2017. In 2018, they were a software engineer intern at both Securify and Groupe Renault. Cem then moved on to become a software engineer at HAVELSAN in 2019 and is currently a software engineer at Topsort since 2021.

Cem Özen completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from TOBB Ekonomi ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi in 2019. Cem then pursued a Master's Degree in Information Security at the same university, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Prior to their Bachelor's Degree, Cem Özen attended International Baccalaureate from 2013 to 2015 and TED BURSA KOLEJI from 2010 to 2015.
