Jerry Odikagbue has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jerry currently works as an Operations Associate at Topship (YC W22) since October 2022. Previously, they were a Branch Manager/Supervisor at Doculand Print & Copy Center from January 2020 to March 2022, where they managed day-to-day operations, staff development and management, workflow structures, regulatory compliance, and customer service. Jerry also worked as a Client Relationship and Admin Executive at DARA Group from February 2018 to April 2019, where they coordinated procedures, set goals and objectives, and drove performance measures for the organization. Jerry started their career as a Customer Contact Agent at Outcess from January 2017 to October 2018, managing outbound calls for Airtel Nigeria and training new agents. Jerry also worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant at the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism, Nasarawa state from May 2015 to April 2016, where they prepared reports, supervised support staff, and received guests on behalf of the ministry.
Jerry Odikagbue attended Ekiti State University from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications. In October 2016, they received a Proficiency Certificate in Management from the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chattered). Jerry also completed a Project Management course at SkillsEdge Consulting Limited in April 2016. Most recently, in September 2022, they obtained two certifications: Customer Success Management Fundamentals and Sales: Customer Success, both from LinkedIn.
