RobLee Womack, Jr., CPCU, AAI, ARM, ARe serves as the Senior Vice President at Topsail Re since June 2023. Previously, RobLee was an Executive Consultant at NewCo RE, where the focus was on securing client commitments and attracting capital for a startup reinsurer, and held the position of Global Head of Catastrophe at Qatar Reinsurance Company Ltd, overseeing catastrophe reinsurance business globally. Other notable roles include President & Chief Underwriting Officer at Pulsar Reinsurance, where business operations were wound down post-Lehman Brothers' closure, and Executive Vice President at Argo Group, tasked with improving capital ratings. RobLee also contributed to the growth of underwriting teams at Endurance Specialty Insurance and served as Chief Underwriter at Lehman Brothers. RobLee earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Texas.
