Barb Richards has extensive experience in education and leadership, serving as an Area Captain for TOPS Club Inc. since 1990. Previously, Barb dedicated 36 years to the role of Teacher-Librarian at School District #47 from 1978 to 2014. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in History and English obtained from the University of Victoria between 1968 and 1972, followed by a Diploma of Education from the same institution during the years 1973 to 1974.
