Regulatory Coordinator at Topography Health

Scott Rubinstein, MS, CCRP has extensive experience in the field of clinical research and regulatory compliance. Scott is currently working as a Regulatory Project Coordinator at Topography Health, where they support clinical research regulatory activities and ensures compliance with all internal, external, and federal policies and regulations pertaining to research involving human subjects. Prior to this, they served as a Clinical IRB Coordinator at HCA HEALTHONE, LLC.

Scott also held positions at ROCKY MOUNTAIN MOVEMENT DISORDERS CENTER PC, where they worked as a Regulatory Coordinator and Senior Clinical Research Coordinator 1. Scott was responsible for coordinating regulatory activities and managing clinical research projects. Before that, they worked as a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator at Rocky Mountain Movement Disorders Center.

Scott has also worked at Telligen, Quality Innovation Network National Coordinating Center as a Senior Health Information Solutions Coordinator, where they played a key role in managing health information solutions. Prior to that, they worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children and Presbyterian/St. Luke's and as a Clinical Trial Specialist at Coram Healthcare.

Additionally, Scott has experience in research and served as a Research Assistant and a Research Health Science Specialist (GS-9) at the Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care System.

Scott Rubinstein holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which they obtained between 2001 and 2004. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from 1995 to 2000.

In addition to their educational achievements, Scott Rubinstein has obtained several certifications. Scott is a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC®) from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP), a certification they earned in November 2022. Scott also completed Basic/Refresher Courses in Human Subjects Research from the CITI Program, specializing in Biomedical Research and for IRB Members, IRB Staff, ECOs, and Institutional Officials. These certifications were obtained in January 2023.
