Paul Skipp currently serves as the Director, Chief Scientific Officer (CSO), and Founder of Xgenera since June 2023. In addition, Paul Skipp has been the Director and Co-Founder of TopMD Precision Medicine Ltd since 2018. Paul Skipp also holds the position of Professor and Centre Director at the Centre for Proteomic Research at the University of Southampton, where involvement dates back to 1990. Educationally, Paul Skipp earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from the University of Southampton.
