Slav Vlasakov has extensive experience in the fuel industry. Slav started their career in 2001 as a Fuel Manager at Toplivo AD, where they worked until 2008. Slav then joined Synergon Petroleum LTD as a Commercial Manager, where they worked until 2019. In 2019, they became the Commercial Director at Toplivo JSC, where they currently hold the position.

Slav Vlasakov earned a Master's degree in Economics from the University of National and World Economy, where they studied from 1995 to 2000.
