Sander Ploegsma is a seasoned software designer with extensive experience in various domains, currently contributing to the Central Signal Processor for the SKA-LOW radio telescope at SKA Observatory since September 2022. Previously, Sander held roles at TOPIC Embedded Systems, ASML, Xebia, The Sting, Imperial Brands, Fontem Ventures, bol.com, and Q42, focusing on backend development, cloud infrastructure, and e-commerce platforms. Sander began a career in software engineering after obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Delft University of Technology in 2016. Proficient in technologies such as Typescript, Node.js, and Azure Functions, Sander has a solid background in creating innovative digital solutions and high-quality software systems.
