Pete Knaub has extensive work experience in the technical services and product development field. Pete started their career at Dow Corning in 1996, where they held the positions of Plant Engineer and Quality Supply Engineer until 2000. In 2000, they joined Topflight Corporation and worked as a Process Engineer until 2006, when they were promoted to Engineering Manager. From 2009 onwards, they served as the Director of Product Development. Finally, in 2016, they were promoted to the Director of Technical Services, where they were responsible for project management, product development, technical services support, and managing a team of employees. Pete'smain focus was ensuring that all manufactured products met customer specifications and achieved high levels of quality and reliability.

Pete Knaub obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University, where they attended from 1992 to 1996.
