Remco van Witteloostuijn has a diverse work experience history. Remco began their career at De Zellingen as a Kitchen Assistant from July 2010 to March 2012. Remco then worked as a Financial Employee at eMGé Accountants & Adviseurs from June 2012 to September 2012. Remco completed internships at NH Hoteles as a Housekeeping Intern from November 2012 to January 2013 and at Hogeschool Rotterdam as a Real Estate Project Management Intern from February 2015 to August 2015. Remco also worked as a Peer Coach for Facility Management students at Hogeschool Rotterdam from March 2013 to June 2015, where they later took on the role of Project Assistant from March 2014 to October 2014. Remco joined ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as a Real Estate Project Management Intern from February 2015 to August 2015. Remco then worked at Trots as a Facilitator Young Professional from November 2015 to September 2017. Remco had roles at Dunea and Waterschap Hollandse Delta via Trots as a Senior Service Desk and Facility Service Desk Employee from February 2017 to September 2017, and as a Facility Service Desk Employee and Receptionist from November 2015 to October 2017, respectively. Since October 2017, Remco has been working at TOPdesk as a Service Management Consultant, where they performed various projects for different clients, ranging from large to small implementation or optimization projects. Remco also held other roles at TOPdesk, including Consultancy Coordinator for the Education Team from October 2020 to January 2022, Chairman of the Facility Management Expertise Group from October 2018 to October 2020, and Business Unit Manager for Education from January 2022 to the present. Additionally, Remco started their own small hobby business, Trouwauto het Groene Hart, in June 2021, where they rent out an exclusive car, Jaguar XF, as a wedding car or for special occasions.

Remco van Witteloostuijn's education history includes a range of academic achievements. Remco completed their HBO degree in Facility Management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2011 to 2015. During the same period, they also completed the Honours Degree program in Facility Management from the same university. Additionally, in 2015, they obtained a certificaat Honours Program and a diploma in HBO Facility Management from Hogeschool Rotterdam.

In 2019, Remco attended a Masterclass FM in Strategisch perspectief at Nyenrode Business University in collaboration with Facto. It was a short-term program focused on enhancing their knowledge in facility management.

Before starting their higher education, Remco attended HAVO at Emmauscollege Rotterdam from 2006 to 2011, where they specialized in the field of Economics & Society.

In terms of additional certifications, Remco obtained an Emergency First Response certificate in April 2015 from Training & Massage Jos de Wit. These certifications reflect their commitment to continuous learning and professional development in their field.
