Customer Success And Marcom Manager at TOPdesk

Lore Schroé has a work experience spanning from 2013 to the present. Lore started their career with Adecco Group as a Recruitment Consultant from February 2013 to June 2016. Lore then joined TOPdesk in July 2016 as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for developing, marketing, implementing, and supporting service management solutions. Lore later transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager in July 2018, focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction. From August 2019, Lore became the Customer Success and Marcom Manager for the Belgian office, leading a team and coaching them to improve and grow personally and professionally. Lore'srole also involved recruiting and training new team members.

Lore Schroé received a Master's degree in Applied Economics from KU Leuven in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they obtained another Master's degree in Management from the same institution in 2010-2011. From 2006 to 2010, Lore studied at Lessius Hogeschool Antwerpen, where they completed a Master's degree in Multilingual Communication (English-Spanish). During the academic year 2008-2009, they attended Universitat Jaume I for Language Interpretation and Translation. Lore also holds additional certifications, including SpeedMBA from Dr. Machiel Emmering, obtained in December 2016, and Sandler Training, where the details of completion are not specified.
