Gemaine Monkau - van Sprang

Gemaine Monkau-van Sprang is a highly experienced professional with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Gemaine began their career at JT Bioscopen, where they worked as a Service Medewerker Plus and Voorvrouw Onderhoud, delivering excellent customer service and acting as a point of contact for guests.

From 2015 to 2017, Gemaine worked for KPN as a Klantexpert F and Klantexpert E, where they analyzed and resolved issues related to fixed telephony, internet, and TV. Gemaine also managed customer contacts and took charge of resolving and overseeing service disruptions.

In 2016, Gemaine transitioned to Face2Face Travel, serving as a Travel Manager and demonstrating their expertise in organizing and managing travel arrangements.

Gemaine then joined Telfort Zakelijk in 2017 as a Winkelmanager, where they supervised the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and customer satisfaction.

In 2018, Gemaine held two roles simultaneously. At Stedin, they worked as a Klantenservicemedewerker for a period of eight months, demonstrating their excellent customer service skills. At Aditech, Gemaine served as a Recruitment Consultant and later as an Account Manager, responsible for collaborating with various companies within the electrical, installation, and metal engineering sectors.

Currently, Gemaine is working at TOPdesk as a Customer Success Manager, a position they started in February 2023. In this role, they navigate customer success and ensures productive and successful relationships with clients.

Gemaine Monkau - van Sprang completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Tourism Management at NHTV internationaal hoger onderwijs Breda from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2011, they attended Albeda College in the Netherlands, where they pursued a degree in Executive leisure and hospitality, with a field of study in leidinggevende recreatie. Before attending Albeda College, from 2008 to 2010, they studied at Leerhotel het Klooster in Amersfoort, focusing on Leisure and Hospitality Host, specializing in Recreatie.
