Mark Sakulich is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT asset compliance and vendor management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of IT Asset Compliance & Vendor Management at Topcon Positioning Systems, Mark has established a Vendor Management Office and oversees the compliance and optimization of licensed software assets across global locations. Previous roles include Vice President at Conduent, where Mark led IT services and product sourcing, and Director at Xerox, where Mark achieved significant productivity gains in sourcing processes. Mark’s career at Xerox spanned multiple roles, culminating in expertise in software asset management and vendor negotiations. Mark holds a BS in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan University and has a background in Aeronautical and Electrical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
