Madeline Otero, CPA, MBA, currently serves as Chief Accounting Officer at TopBuild since October 2023. Previously, Madeline held various senior leadership roles at Tupperware Brands from November 2015 to October 2023, including SVP, Chief Accounting Officer, SVP of Finance & Accounting, and VP & Corporate Controller, as well as VP of Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management. Madeline’s experience also includes the position of VP & CFO at BeautiControl from 2011 to 2015 and various accounting roles at Tupperware Brands from 2000 to 2011, alongside an early career at EY as an Auditor from 1998 to 2000. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, with an additional exchange program at the University of South Carolina.
