Alex Balanovsky is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as CTO for Oracle HR solutions at Top Vision since May 2023, Alex previously held the position of Delivery Manager at Unitask Group from January 2019 to May 2023. Earlier experience includes roles as Community Manager at DevOps Loft, where Alex facilitated workshops and led community development, and a comprehensive tenure at Amdocs from May 2001 to October 2017, encompassing positions such as System Integration Solutions Manager and Data Migration Manager. Alex's career began in the Israel Defense Forces at Mamram, working as a Software Development Team Lead after starting as a developer in IDF HR systems. Education was pursued at The Open University of Israel.
