Kelby L. Kupersmid, MS, MCC, is an accomplished founder and CEO of Kinetic Leadership Coach, with extensive experience as an executive coach and organizational consultant since November 2013. By partnering with social enterprises, Kelby enhances leadership effectiveness and business outcomes through tailored coaching approaches, assessments, and facilitation. Current roles include facilitating core groups for entrepreneurs at Hampton, coaching startup founders at Prismaticco, leading mastermind sessions at Top Tier Impact, and supporting United Nations officials through the UNSSC Executive Management Programme. Additional contributions include coaching with Development Corps, Ziksana Consulting, and CoachSource LLC, as well as mentoring student coaches at the University of San Diego. Kelby holds a Master of Science in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from San Diego State University.
