Jessica Archibald is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment and board governance. Currently serving on the Board of Trustees at Connecticut College since June 2021, Jessica holds the position of Managing Director and Principal at Top Tier Capital Partners, where employment began in March 2005. Prior roles include serving as a West Coast Board Member at Team IMPACT, Inc. from July 2019 to September 2023, and as Principal at Paul Capital Partners, which transitioned to Top Tier Capital Partners in April 2011. Earlier career experience includes roles as an Associate at Care Capital and in Equity Research at Salomon Smith Barney. Jessica earned an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.A. in Math and Economics from Connecticut College, complemented by educational experiences at the University of St.Gallen and Glasgow Caledonian University.
