Nicole Finsaas-Pike has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Summer Intern at iMetro Property. In 2012, they interned at e10. From 2010 to 2013, they held multiple roles at Bethel University including Student Writer and Office Assistant, Safety and Security. In 2014, Nicole worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Washington County, Minnesota where they gained experience in benefit administration and HR procedures. Nicole then transitioned to the role of Communications Specialist at Temple Israel from 2014 to 2015. Nicole joined tapQA in 2015 and held positions as HR Specialist, HR Generalist, and HR Manager. At tapQA, they supported HR functions and provided coaching on employee relations, progressive discipline, and conflict resolution. In 2020, they became the Human Resources Manager at Kaas Wilson Architects, where they created the company's first HR Department and implemented various HR processes. Currently, Nicole serves as the Senior Manager, People and Culture at Top Ten Liquors.
Nicole Finsaas-Pike completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication Studies with an Organizational Emphasis and Writing Track at Bethel University from 2010 to 2013. In January 2018, they obtained two additional certifications: SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM, and Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
