Mary Pellettieri is the President and CEO of La Pavia Beverage Inc, a company co-founded by Mary in February 2014, known for its award-winning Top Note Tonics. In addition to this role, Mary serves as a Beverage Technical Liaison for Sugaright, focusing on sales growth for fair trade and low carbon footprint sugars since August 2022. Mary has extensive experience in the beverage industry, including curriculum development and quality instruction with the Brewers Association, authoring "Quality Management: Essential Planning for Breweries," and running La Pavia Consulting, which provided strategic planning for small businesses. Previous positions include roles as an independent consultant for various breweries, project management at MillerCoors as a Business Operations Manager, and quality services. Mary holds a Master's degree in Occupational and Environmental Health from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Botany/Plant Biology from North Carolina State University.
