Rich Essegian is an experienced professional in the food service industry, currently serving as the Owner of Top Dog Consultants and the Director of Food Services at Elgin Community College since October 2017. Prior roles include Director of Food and Beverage at Schaumburg Boomers from November 2014 to October 2017 and General Manager of Food and Beverage at Kane County Cougars from January 1997 to February 2011. Rich Essegian’s expertise encompasses all aspects of food service operations, including menu planning, labor and food cost management, and employee hiring and training. Rich Essegian holds a degree from Johnson & Wales University, where studies took place from 1980 to 1985.
