Carmen Diaz is a seasoned professional in sales and brand management with extensive experience in the beauty and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as VP of Sales at Salón Internacional since April 2024, Carmen previously held the position of Professional Haircare Brand Manager for Latin America & Caribbean at tbi media from October 2017 to April 2024. Carmen's career includes roles such as Category Manager at Sportline America, Key Account Manager for L’OREAL at Tagaropulos S.A., and a Business Analyst for NIKE at Northbay International. Additionally, Carmen has experience in project management and logistics from a brief tenure at System Design Panama and has supervised collections at NARS Panama. Carmen holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Commerce from Universidad Americana, obtained in 2014.
