Adam Capps is an experienced customer experience leader currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience Americas at ToolsGroup since November 2022. Prior to this, Adam held multiple roles at Onera, Inc. from February 2020 to November 2022, including Director of Implementations and Support, Product Delivery Lead, and Product Delivery Manager. Adam also spent nearly a decade at Gap Inc. from October 2010 to January 2020, where roles included Senior Product Manager and Product Manager, managing the development of enterprise software solutions in retail and supply chain. Adam's early career includes positions at Banana Republic and the Hokkaido Board of Education as a Merchandise Presentation Supervisor and Assistant Language Teacher, respectively. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the College of Charleston and attended the South Carolina Governor's School for Science and Mathematics.
