Chantal Gossuin has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Chantal started their career as a Production Pharmacist Manager Assistant at Federa in 1993 and worked there until 1995. Chantal then joined Eli Lilly and Company, where they held several positions in the Clinical Trial Material & Services department from 1995 to 2006. Chantal'sroles at Eli Lilly included Clinical Trial Coordinator, Clinical Trial Packaging Area Supervisor, and Team Leader.

In 2006, Chantal became a Freelance Project Manager for Drug Product Development & Industrialization at UCB, where they worked until 2008. Chantal then joined Aepodia SA as a Senior Clinical Project Manager, responsible for managing complex phase I clinical trials. Chantal later became a Clinical Project Leader at Aepodia SA from 2012 to 2013.

Most recently, Chantal has been working at Cognivia as the Chief Operating Officer since 2013. In this role, they are responsible for shaping the company's strategy and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within time, budget, and quality standards.
