Danielle Parnes

Active Transportation Project Planner at Toole Design Group

Danielle Parnes is a Planner II at Toole Design Group, where Danielle has been employed since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Planning Intern at KOA Corporation, a Vision Zero Student Professional Worker at LADOT, and a Graduate Student Researcher focused on California's equity-centered clean transportation initiatives at UCLA Luskin Center for Innovation. Danielle's tenure at Bikemore spanned four years, during which Danielle served as Director of Community Partnerships and Communications and Operations Associate. Early career experience involved positions as a Program Assistant and Project Assistant at Community Design Collaborative, and leadership with CISV International. Danielle holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning with a specialization in Transportation Policy and Planning from UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs, a BFA in Industrial Design from Carnegie Mellon University, a Permaculture Design Certificate from Fingerlakes Permaculture Institute, and a Certificate in Regenerative Ecological Design from Ecosa Institute.
