Sukanta Mondal started their work experience in 2018 as an intern at Jadavpur University, where they worked on a framework for mobile crowd sensing and computer-based systems. Sukanta also developed mobile computing for communication between nearby devices and direction finding using BLE and support from other users and internet-connected devices.

In 2019, Sukanta joined Number Theory as a Big Data Developer and later became a Senior Software Design Engineer 2. Sukanta worked there until 2022.

In 2022, Sukanta joined Tookitaki as a Software Engineer, where they currently work.

Sukanta Mondal obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jadavpur University, completing their education from 2015 to 2019.
