Felizberto Mulhovo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Country Director for Mozambique and Angola at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change since July 2020, Felizberto has previously held key positions including Country Lead Advisor for Government & External Relations at SHELL GLOBAL SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL BV, Senior Advisor for Political and Trade at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Maputo, and Country Head at The Westminster Consortium for Parliaments and Democracy. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Business Administration focusing on Hydrogen Business Models from Geneva Business School, an MBA in Renewables from Berlin University of Applied Sciences, and multiple certificates from Harvard Business School and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, in areas such as financial accounting and digital marketing. Additionally, Felizberto has earned two Galileo Master Certificates from the Renewable Energy Institute, specializing in developing hydrogen energy projects and hydrogen energy.
