Bjørn Gabrielsen has extensive experience in various roles within the sales and communications sectors, starting as a Skipsdykker with the Norwegian Armed Forces from July 1998 to June 1999. Following this, Bjørn worked as a Sales Consultant for Air France from January to June 2000 and for SAS Braathens from August 2000 to August 2001. A part-time position in ticket sales at Oslo Konserthus from October 2001 to July 2004 marked a shift towards the arts sector. Bjørn transitioned to a role as an Informasjonskonsulent at Redningsselskapet from June 2005 to May 2007 and has been serving as a Markedskonsulent at TONO since October 2007. Bjørn's educational background includes studies at BI Norwegian Business School, Mediefabrikken i Akershus, and Nesodden Videregående Skole.
