Hilary Hanes has extensive experience in IT support and systems analysis, currently serving as a Business Systems Analyst at Tonkon Torp LLP since May 2006, focusing on internal software and hardware support, enterprise-wide system evaluation, and implementation with an emphasis on document management and application integration. Prior to this, Hilary worked as a Sr. Desktop Support Tech at Macromedia from April 2000 to December 2005, providing internal support for PC and Mac systems, software assistance, and end-user training. Additionally, Hilary held the role of Sr. Systems Administrator at IMP Inc. from October 1989 to April 2000, managing desktop support, mid-range system administration, and IT infrastructure for an IC manufacturing plant. Early career experience includes managing roles at One Step Beyond from 1985 to 1987.
