Felipe Bologna has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Felipe started their career in 2004 as a Call Center Representative at Teleperformance, where they served as a representative for USA customers and also worked as a Coach.

Felipe then moved on to work at La Farmaco Argentina I. y C.S.A. from 2007 to 2009. Here, they held multiple roles including Tax Analyst, Cost Analyst, and Financial Reporting Specialist. As a Tax Analyst, they prepared and filed tax declarations, handled payments and collections, and responded to information requests. In their role as a Cost Analyst, they forecasted and budgeted costs, monitored consumption and purchasing variance, and analyzed inputs prices. As a Financial Reporting Specialist, they assisted in assembling forecasts, budgets, and monthly profitability reports, as well as handled sales statistics and purchase orders.

In 2009, Felipe joined Lenovo as an Accounting Analyst. Felipe was responsible for controlling and analyzing Debt, Equity, and Profit & Loss accounts for the Latin America region. Felipe also made necessary adjustments and utilized IBM tools.

From 2014 to present, Felipe has been working at Tonic3 as a Financial Business Analyst. Felipe'srole involves preparing management reports, profitability reports, and other related and ad hoc reports. Felipe is also involved in driving organizational change through various methods such as feedback 360掳 and agile implementation. Additionally, they have taken on HR generalist responsibilities in the USA, handling payroll, policies, and the employee handbook.

Felipe Bologna began their education in 2003, when they enrolled at the University of Buenos Aires to study Chemical Engineering. Felipe completed this degree in 2005 and also obtained the First Certificate Exam with a grade of A from Cambridge English Exams Cadiz during the same year.

In 2006, Felipe returned to the University of Buenos Aires and pursued a degree in Public Accounting, which they completed in 2009. Following this, from 2009 to 2012, Felipe attended UADE to obtain a Licenciatura en Administraci贸n de Empresas, but the specific field of study is not mentioned.

In 2020, they acquired certifications in Design Thinking for Innovation from Coursera, and in Storytelling from Crehana. Additionally, Felipe completed a certification in Comunicaci贸n Eficaz / Effective Communication from Capacitarte in March 2020.
